Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the HabitFund mobile application ("the App") operated by foolishmind.dev ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of the App

HabitFund is a personal habit-tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services

In-App Purchases (Tips)

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Tips") as a way to support development. All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds directly. If you wish to request a refund for an in-app purchase, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Third-Party Organization Listings

The App displays a list of organizations, groups, and fan communities ("Listings") that have been submitted by third parties through a public form. These Listings are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any information submitted by third parties. HabitFund is not responsible for the actions, content, or claims of any listed organization.

If you believe a Listing contains false, harmful, or inappropriate information, please contact us at stay@foolishmind.dev and we will review and remove it as appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code within the App are the property of foolishmind.dev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, foolishmind.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on third-party organization information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
