All your habit data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it is securely backed up and synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to your data.
All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, so we are unable to issue refunds directly. Please visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
Please check the following:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the same iCloud account on all your devices.
2. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud and confirm that iCloud Drive is turned on.
3. Scroll down and make sure HabitFund is enabled in the iCloud app list.
